    Since 1968, ASPIRA, Inc. of Illinois has developed and helped advance our community’s young people through our schools and youth leadership development programs. Our continued effectiveness with our students only happens through the generosity of many partners, agencies, and individuals who believe in ASPIRA's mission and the value of our work. Your donations will make an incredible impact on the lives of our ASPIRANTES and their families.

    • $2,000 secures transportation for over 500 students across Chicago to our annual ATREVETE Youth Leadership Conference. 
    • $1,000 guarantees a spot for the ASPIRA Haugan Middle School's annual trip to Washington, D.C. - for many of our young people, this will be their first time out of their own community, as well as their first time out-of-state!c
    • $500 covers school fees for 10 high school students in families unable to afford them.
    • $250 provides the support to 2 families to overcome barriers to that will help the student focus on their educational and community goals.
    • $100 covers college application fees (that cannot be waived) for a first-generation college student.
    • $50 covers a week’s worth of healthy snacks for one week for young people at the Miguel Del Valle Youth Development Center.
    • $25 ensures one graduate their diploma and cap and gown for their ceremony that they could not otherwise afford.
