The Articles of Association governs the relationship among the ASPIRA Associates and affiliates.  The articles binds the ASPIRA Associate to the national association called the ASPIRA Association, Inc. Governance of the Association is the responsibility of the ASPIRA Association Board of Directors which carries its busineess according to the Association By-Laws.
