ASPIRA Celebrated It's 40th Anniversary! 

ASPIRA celebrated its 40 years serving the Latino community through its schools and leadership development programs. On its 40th anniversary April 3, 2009 ASPIRA Inc. of Illinois presented $12,000 in college scholarships to its students, recognized distinguished Aspirantes and received a $1.65 million check on behalf of Walmart for all ASPIRA Chapters.
